The raider had taken her mink stole, £200 cash, jewel case, radio, French passport, and flick-knife. ”I felt naked without all those things— especially the stole.” Miss D'Oslo said yesterday, after the raider had been jailed at London Sessions. The raider, 20 year old Leigh Leslie Davies, of Glebe place, Chelsea, a friend of Miss D'Oslo, was jailed for fifteen months for breaking into her room at the Leinster Towers Hotel, Bayswater, and stealing. John Scott-Lewis, 21, of the same address, was remained in custody for a month after pleading guilty to receiving part of the stolen property and cash. Miss D'Oslo, whose real name is Amanda Tapp, said afterwards that Davies had given her a £400 cheque to pay for the stolen property»
