Arifin Seman, the commissioner of the Jakarta-based Kartika Airlines, said late on Wednesday that his office would give the Russian aircraft maker Sukhoi a chance to investigate the cause of the incident. The first delivery of the Sukhoi aircraft was scheduled for September this year.
