UC-Davis biography on Luh His early publications show an alternative spelling of his middle name as "Shiun," therefore this spelling was used for a plaque acknowledging his contributions outside the new food laboratory located in the Robert Mondavi Institute of Wine and Food Science sensory building at the University of California, Davis. These publications were deposited at Shields Library, Special Collections, UC Davis, in 2011.
