Kramer Guy (Originally known as Kessler Guy) Voiced by: Justin Roiland not even really trying to do a Kramer impression. Kramer Guy sounds and acts like Kramer from Seinfeld and is a courageous resistance warrior who gets shot with flaming Q-tips and dies a horrible death. Giddy-up!
[I]n this episode, Kramer was referred to as a "hipster doofus", which is an inside joke Larry David wrote in response to a review of the series by Francis Davis that appeared in the December 1992 issue of The Atlantic Monthly. In the review, Davis describes one of the characters as "Jerry's across-the-hall neighbor, a hipster doofus known simply as Kramer."
