On June 28, 2004, the Company signed a definitive agreement to sell its UK subsidiary ("CCUK") to an affiliate of National Grid Transco Plc ("National Grid"). CCUK's assets, liabilities, results of operations and cash flows are classified as amounts from discontinued operations for all periods presented.
