On 21 December 1971 a contest was started. 77 proposals were presented and examined on 8 Setember [sic] 1972. On 10 July 1973 The oficial [sic] regional Bulletin published that the winner was the number 25. On 28 September 1973 the emblem was adopted and published. The design was made by Gino and Alberto Anselmi, architecs [sic] from Napoles [sic]. The gonfanon, green with the emblem, seems that wasn't never manufactured [sic].
