Five months later, Sydney Turnbull was charged with "threatening the life" of Lena in the Collingwood Court; in the process of the hearing some very confusing statements were made by Lena, her father, and her lawyer in relation to her divorce from Fred, and a potential, subsequent marriage to Sydney.
