Elicser and his buddy Mediah are hanging out behind Danforth Collegiate, watching as about 20 masked teens pull out spray cans and start painting..."We're promoting doing it legally," says Mediah, a member of Press Pause, the Toronto arts collective that ran the event. "We don't condone vandalism."
