  • INTERVIEW – HBO's House of the Dragon, Seinfeld, & Movie Memorabilia Podcast!. Beyond the Trailer (Video). YouTube. October 20, 2020. Event occurs at 12:20. Archived from the original on May 13, 2021. Retrieved May 13, 2021. It's common knowledge that this is a prequel. So it takes place sometime before the show but its on a medieval timeline. Not much really changed through the Middle Ages.... 200 years in our timeline is a really long time whereas 200 years in the Game of Thrones world wouldn't be that much.
