AE: I know I've shared that the first thoughts on this world were about the magic system, and the idea of "dark magic." Well, the first characters I thought about were Viren and Claudia/Soren. For fun, the first scene I ever wrote in this world was a scene with a mage (Viren) teaching his child about the difference between primal magic and dark magic. As we developed the story, I ended up splitting some of the child's personality aspects between two characters, and that's how Soren and Claudia arrived!
