The same 正 in the month 正建子 zhèngjiànzǐ of Zhou calendar. The First Emperor had been born on the 正 month in Zhao; so thenceafter the pronunciation 政 became the First Emperor's taboo name; so [正] would be pronounced like 征 (zhēng < MC *t͡ɕiᴇŋ < OC *teŋ)."
