Too many PhD students and opaque admission standards of PhD studies: The EEC recommends a more vigorous procedure of admission to improve the quality of the PhD studies. Need to increase internal coherence, deployment of realistic and timely strategic plans that will strengthen the position of the institution in the national and international academic landscape."
