Peter Campbell Brown, a New York lawyer who was a former New York City corporation counsel and a former Justice Department official, died yesterday at United Hospital Medical Center in Port Chester, N.Y. He was 80 and lived in Rye Brook, New York. The cause was cardiorespiratory failure, said his son Peter C. Jr., and he had been suffering from osteomyelitis.
