Consistent with its previous decisions to delist from other stock exchanges, SLB reviewed the low trading volume on Euronext Paris and, given the increasing costs, administrative requirements and management time needed to maintain a dual listing, requested its voluntary delisting from Euronext Paris.
Item 1—approved the amendment of the Company's Articles of Incorporation to change the Company's name from Schlumberger N.V. to "SLB N.V.", and to permit that "SLB Limited" and "SLB Ltd." may be used abroad and in transactions with foreign entities, persons or organizations.
The delisting of all secondary listed registered shares with a nominal value of USD 0.01 each of Schlumberger Limited, San Felipe, Houston TX, USA (ISIN AN8068571086) has been granted. The delisting of the shares takes place on Friday, 3 July 2020 provided that all publication requirements according to the rules of SIX Exchange Regulation AG will be fulfilled in due time. The last trading day on SIX Swiss Exchange will be on Thursday, 2 July 2020.
