It was used in an article entitled 'The Chief shows them how at Indian Head' in the May 1962 edition of Fortune Magazine, (pp. 129–130), and was widely used in training material published by Marakon Associates in the 1980s and 1990s. It was reproduced in McTaggart, J. W., Kontes, P. and Mankins, M., The Value Imperative, Free Press, 1994, p. 8.
