  • According to the MARAD Vessel Status Card Robin Locksley was delivered to the War Shipping Administration 28 February 1942 and was operated under an Army Transportation Corps agreement by Seas Shipping Company until 31 May 1944 when the agreement was changed to a WSA general agreement. The ship was redelivered to the company 30 April 1946.
