Kofi Abrefa Busia, announced in Addis Ababa on September 3rd that the Ghana High Commissioner in Nigeria, Mr. J. Owusu- Akyeampong, had been called home by his Government for what the Government described as "his unsatisfactory public relations in Nigeria".
