Cotidianul[8]: reprezentantii comunitatilor romanesti din Kazahstan au avut cuvinte de lauda pentru sprijinul obtinut din partea Ambasadei Romaniei la Alma-Ata. Comunitatea numara nu mai putin de 20.000 de romani, deportati dupa 1945 din Basarabia si nordul Bucovinei.
