Some scholars, interpreting a submission that her brother Li Zhe made while making a food offering to Emperor Gaozong and Empress Wu, written on his behalf by the official Cui Rong (崔融) and subsequently collected in the collection Full Tang Texts (全唐文), believed her name to be Li Lingyue (李令月), but the text cannot be conclusively interpreted in that manner.
