具体的にはガットン選挙区（英語版）の有権者数が7人で^[2]、ウェストミンスター選挙区（英語版）の有権者数が約1万3千人だった^[3]。
いわゆる鍋持（英語版）（potwalloper）の資格^[4]。例としてはノーサンプトン選挙区（英語版）が存在する^[5]。
ただし、ウェールズのモンマスシャー選挙区（英語版）は二人区である。
この数はモンマス選挙区（英語版）を含む。1972年地方政府法（英語版）第1、20、269条によりモンマスはウェールズに分類されたが、1978年解釈法（英語版）では1974年4月1日以前の法律における「イングランド」はベリック＝アポン＝ツイードとモンマスシャーも含むものとみなすと定められている。
ウェールズのバラ選挙区はビューマリス選挙区（英語版）とモンゴメリー選挙区（英語版）を除き特定のバラを代表するのではなく、バラのグループを代表するものとされたため、ウェールズのバラ選挙区を廃止しなくても、グループ分けを変更するだけで十分だった。ビューマリスとモンゴメリーはそれぞれ1バラを代表していたが、1832年改革法でバラのグループを代表するものに変更された。
1832年直後の時点ではバラ選挙区の有権者の3分の1以上（10万人以上）が旧来の規定に基づく有権者であり、その大半が自由市民だった。世代交代が進むにつれてこの人数が減り、1898年には鍋持（英語版）の資格に基づき選挙権を有する人物が1人だけ残っている状況となった。
