Though it is an unmistakable fact that the Lord blesses and prospers His Children, there has been much error that has come about by those who have taken this Biblical Truth farther than what the Bible states. I’m of course, referring to those in the 'Word of Faith' or 'Prosperity Gospel' camp. These teachers have reduced the idea of blessing and prosperity to something purely financial, thus creating a spirit of greed and covetousness. God’s True Blessing and prosperity is far more than money. The simple fact is that there is no Scripture in the Bible that promises the Believer that they will be a millionaire
