Ta "hongkonška" lestvica navaja lestvice Avstralskega združenja za politične študije; poleg lestvice SENSE pa še en sistem razvrščanja založnikov Centra za študije virov za človeški razvoj (CERES) Univerze v Utrechtu. Na lestvici "Hongkong" je poudarjena visoka korelacija med vsemi temi poskusi razvrščanja z izrecno navedbo: "Pri razvrščanju knjižnih založnikov med tremi sistemi je bila dosežena visoka stopnja skladnosti."
