On the occasion, 24 sarees were given to women who had written best comments about the serial. Mythili stars Ajay, Suja, Shanthi Williams and Viji Kitty. Written and directed by S G Ali Khan, Mythili is produced by Dr Shridhar Naarayanan and Vijaya Sridhar."
