新唐書/卷077: 穆宗宣懿皇后韋氏，失其先世。穆宗為太子，後得侍，生武宗。長慶時，冊為妃。武宗立，妃已亡，追冊為皇太后，上尊謚，又封後二女弟為夫人。有司奏：「太后陵宜別制號。」帝乃名所葬園曰福陵。既又問宰相：「葬從光陵與但祔廟孰安？」奏言：「神道安於靜，光陵因山為固，且二十年，不可更穿。福陵崇築已有所，當遂就。臣等請奉主祔穆宗廟便。」帝乃下詔：「朕因誕日展禮於太皇太后，謂朕曰：『天子之孝，莫大於承續。』今穆宗皇帝虛合享之位，而宣懿太后實生嗣君，當以祔廟。」繇是奉後合食穆宗室。
