《畿輔通志·卷六十九》：田濟，麟逰人。進士。成化六年知正定府，革吏弊，察民隠。明年夏秋瘟疫，施藥以療死者，給棺瘞之。嵗荒，不待上報，即開倉賑米二十七萬有竒，全活無算。性剛直，不屈勢要。定國公弟殺佃民，濟奏聞，擬戍。民解琪䓁十餘人為盜所誣，濟訊釋之。蒞任八年，境内大治。
