  • Art. 67 Abs. 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 (REACH) in Verbindung mit Anhang XVII Nr. 30 zu dieser sogenannten REACH-Verordnung und mit Anhang VI Teil 3 zur Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 (CLP). Das Verbot erfolgte durch Aufnahme von Blei als Pulver (Partikelgröße unter 1 mm, Index-Nr. 082-13-00-1) oder massiv (Index-Nr. 082-14-00-7) in die Liste der fortpflanzungsgefährdenden Stoffe (hier der Kategorie 1A) gemäß Tabelle 3 zum zuvor genannten Anhang zur CLP-Verordnung und gemäß Anlage 5 zum zuvor genannten Anhang zur REACH-Verordnung durch die Verordnung (EU) 2017/1510 der Kommission vom 30. August 2017 mit Wirkung ab 1. März 2018. Ein Verstoß gegen dieses Verbot des Inverkehrbringens zum Beispiel durch Verkauf von solchem Blei an „privat“ zum Bleigießen und Ähnliches ist daher in Deutschland nach § 5 Nr. 20 Chemikalien-Sanktionsverordnung in Verbindung mit § 27 Chemikaliengesetz eine Straftat (Stand Juli 2019).
